Within the project of providing life-saving water, sanitation and hygiene assistance to the displaced and host communities living in the Al-Zuhra district, Al-Hodeidah Governorate, funded by the Humanitarian Fund – Yemen (YHF), LMMPO lanched the training workshop for the members of the community committee of the project in Az-Zuhrah district for 3 days.
The training workshop aims at educating members of the project's community committee on humanitarian work standards; the implementation mechanism of the project activities, criteria for selecting beneficiaries, skills for managing hygiene awareness sessions, using and maintaining family latrines, rationalizing and preserving water uses, their role in implementing project activities, managing meetings, writing minutes and reports, the art of dealing with others, strengthening the complaints mechanism and standards of selecting success stories.
